The Upper Ohio Valley Landlords Association (UOVLA) is a non-profit organization that unites people involved in the ownership, management and operation of residential and commercial properties to promote professionalism, education and equity in all aspects of the rental property business for the benefit of industry members and their customers.

We are an association made up of owners, managers and companies that service rental property in the Ohio Valley.

We are an association with members representing thousands of individual rental units in the Ohio Valley.

We are an organization of dedicated members that understands the value and importance of representing rental property owners and managers locally through a strong chapter and state-wide organizations of chapters and members.

The UOVLA is a chapter of the West Viginia Landlords Association.
